Deliveries and returns

At Charlotte&George we post quickly!


Packages are generally dispatched within 1 working day (with the exception of Sundays and bank holidays) after receipt of payment and are posted via Colissimo (French post office) with tracking and drop-off signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. For orders placed before 1pm French Time (midday UK time) we aim to post the same day (with the exception of weekends & bank holidays) once we have received your payment.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We post using colourful plastic postal bags to keep the weight and thus postal costs low. However if you order an item which comes in a gift box such as some baby items, we will ship using a secure, recycled box.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the possibility to exchange or obtain a refund 14 days following the reception of your order. Exchanges and refunds will only be accepted for items which have not been worn or washed and which still have their original labels and packaging.

In order to return an item, go into your Order History and find the order concerned. Fill out the returns form indicating the item and quantity you will be returning and state the reason. Then click on the Generate a Return button. Once we receive your request, we will email you to state that this has been accepted and we will give you the returns address. If you can’t view the returns form, please contact us.

Your return should be made using the local post office.

Articles returned must be accompanied by delivery documentation you received in the parcel to facilitate the processing of your request and speed up the reimbursement.

Refunds are always made within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
